How do I sign up?

If you use Lightspeed Voice for your phone service, just give us a call at 877-97VOICE, or email us at help@lightspeedvoice.com. If you do not use Lightspeed Voice Phone Service, then click here to register your account.

Where do I get training?

To get training, you can call us at 877-97VOICE, or email us at help@lightspeedvoice.com, and we can provide general training or answer specific questions. Alternatively, click here to go to our training page, which has a collection of videos that will help you learn how to use the tool. We also do weekly training webinars, which can be registered for once you are logged into the The Follow Up Tool.

Is there a contract?

Nope! The Follow Up Tool has no contract, so you’re not locked in just for trying it out!

 The Follow Up Tool is crashing, or fails to load.

This is most often caused by using the wrong browser. The Follow Up Tool only works within Google Chrome, so if you are using a different browser, such as Internet Explorer, you will often run into issues.

The Follow Up Tool isn’t uploading my lead lists.

Lead Lists need to be saved in .csv format. If you are attempting to upload a different format, you will get errors.

How do I invite my staff to the account?

Once you get logged in, simply click on the management tab on the left, followed by setup/users. From there click on the add users button and you will be able to enter the emails of your staff.
